The plan was to move to this house in Moraira, that we had already bought for winter living, then buy a flat in the new complex that they were hoping to build at Corisande. In the end we decided not to keep anything in Newquay, and, for tax reasons, bought a flat in Spinola Bay, Malta as a second home
