We had just finished buiiding a new house for ourselves next to Corisande, when a developer knocked on the door one day and wanted to buy the whole site. We started down that road as we would make more selling and investing than we would in working. But things are never straightforward, and another UK recession intervened, the developer went bust before he bought, and we then had to find another buyer. In the end it was all sold about 5 years after the knock on the door.
