Isla Tortuga, Costa Rica

Isla Tortuga is just offshore of the Curu Park. So the ship moved location during lunch and re-anchored off Tortuga. The island is a popular tourist destination, viz the lines of beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. But happily we were there midweek, so there were few other people on the beach. The ship, as usual, set up a bar for us on the beach.

We had a walk along the small beach, and the boys enjoyed the thrill of sitting on a banana boat, as well as the thrill of keeping out of the way of passing pigs.
