We enjoyed our two night stay at Hacienda Zorita. Our 100 bottle tops got us the room for 2 nights, plus one dinner and one lunch, but oddly excluding breakfast.
Our room was in the main building, with a lovely view over the river. The room was very small - I assume because it is an adapted monk's cells. There was a separate toilet and a separate shower, with the wash basin in the bedroom itself
The receptionist showed us to our room and explained about the things to see and do - but unfortunately omitted to tell us that there was a very nice sitting room on the first floor of the main building: we only found it by chance a day later. Oddly it was not heated at all, nor was the fire lit, so it was a bit cold to sit and read in.
Their tasting menu is interesting, but not gourmet - they would probably be better cutting it out and sticking to "normal" food. And in spite of their publicity about "slow food", we had difficulty stopping them serving our dinner at a breakneck speed, even after we had asked for slower service
The hotel is certainly worth a visit. But they need more hands on management to iron out a few of the problems

The included wine tasting was very professional, and went on for two hours. As well as the three wines there was also a St Kitts rum that they seem to have acquired, for reasons that were not clear to me
